This role will see you lead and manage a small team of insurance professionals, as well as your own portfolio of clients to achieve financial targets. You will oversee all operational aspects of the team alongside the Branch Operations Manager and be responsible for delivering profitable and sustainable business performance through strategic team planning, implementation of the overall goals and strategies of the Branch and financial management.
