If you''re passionate about client service, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment, wed love to hear from you.What Youll Be Doing:Preparing data and documentation for client portfolio reviewsWriting and reviewing Statements of Advice and Records of AdviceSupporting implementation of portfolio changes post-reviewPreparing and lodging investment and managed fund applicationsUpdating and maintaining client data in XplanManaging fee consent forms and ensuring compliance standards are metLiaising with fund managers, insurers, and internal stakeholdersEnsuring time recording, costing, and documentation are up to dateProactively supporting client relationships through trust-building and responsive serviceAssisting with cross-functional collaboration across the firm for a one view client experiencePreparing briefing material for Advisors and PartnersDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat Youll Bring:Qualifications:A relevant degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or currently studying (desirable)Willingness to complete a national police checkExperience:Minimum 2 years'' experience in a similar paraplanning or financial services support roleStrong understanding of financial services and investment productsPrevious experience in professional services, wealth, or banking environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretionClient-first mindset with a passion for quality serviceTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Working knowledge of Xplan/Iress (essential)Familiarity with APS, Worksorted, Virtual Cabinet, and Zoom (desirable)Ready to change lives starting with your own?Apply now and be part of a team that cares about your future as much as you care about your clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
