No matter where people live, or what time of the day or night it is, they can use our services to talk to a health professional, find trusted information and advice online and locate their closest health service.About the opportunityAs Healthdirects Learning & Development Manager, you will create and lead a learning strategy, designing and delivering initiatives that drive business success and support organisational goals. Youll oversee the entire learning function from needs analysis to program evaluation while managing the L&D budget and leading a team of learning professionals.You will be supporting the needs of our internal workforce which is comprised of our direct employees, and our external outsourced workforce, which delivers the health services we provide to the Australian public.
