This position leverages expertise in Excel along with working knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, and Power BI, to automate workflows and deliver insights from complex datasets.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and develop automated operational reports, streamlining data extraction, transformation, and visualisation processes.Provide essential support to Operational teams in incident and problem management activities.Perform analysis of service incidents by querying suppliers, incident history/data and translating details into a simple narrative for stakeholders.Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, monitor service performance, and identify operational trends.Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection methods, improve reporting accuracy, and implement scalable solutions for effective incident management.Maintain and continuously improve existing reporting frameworks to ensure they meet evolving operational needs and comply with governance standards.ABOUT YOU:1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role.Expertise in designing and developing advanced operational reports using VBA, SQL, and Power BI is highly desirable.Strong technical proficiency in data analysis, including database querying, workflow automation, and integration of data pipelines.Skilled in creating interactive dashboards and visualisations in Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on trend identification, process optimisation, and service delivery improvement.Experienced in supporting service management functions, including incident reviews, problem management, and root cause analysis.Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across all levels.Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail in managing large datasets and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.At Wilson Parking, we are building a workforce that is representative of the community we protect.
