We have an exciting role of a project planner, your role will be crucial in supporting the planning department for construction projects in Australia and New Zealand (AUNZ). Reporting to the Planning Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, you''ll need to have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Primavera, which is essential for project scheduling and management.Customer Project Execution - APAC > PMO APAC > Project Planning AUNZResponsibilities:Creation of Sales Schedules During Tender Phase and Reviewing Sub- Contractors SchedulesMaintaining the Master Construction EPC Schedules during Construction PhaseUpdate Project Schedules Monthly/WeeklySupport the contract Department On EOT''sSupport Project Managers Reporting To ClientCreate What-If ScenariosUse internal reporting toolsReporting To Senior ManagementManage / Report on the Critical PathMeet Contractual ObligationsQualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience in EPC construction project planning using Primavera P6Trade or Tertiary Qualifications with 2 years minimum renewable /construction experience (not essential)Knowledge of PMI and AACE scheduling practices (good to have but not essential)Competencies:Experience in Master Schedule managementExtensive understanding and knowledge of Primavera P6 - RequiredExperience in Microsoft Projects - OptionalExperience in Microsoft Suite - RequiredExcellent usage of the Critical Path MethodExcellent communication skillsGood stakeholder managementGood understanding of Delay AnalysisKnowledge in Earn Value Management (EVM) - PrinciplesExperience in S-Curve ReportingWhat We Offer:A strong safety cultureDynamic and fast-paced work environmentAn opportunity to work with the world leader in wind energyThe opportunity to further develop your skills and professional development.Global career progression prospectsAdditional information: All potential employees will be subject to undertaking a full medical assessment to be considered for this role.
