In this pivotal role, youll help shape how our beloved home appliance brandslike Philips, Saeco, Gaggia, and moreshow up for consumers across the Australian market.Youll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure our products are available at the right time, in the right place, and in the right quantity. Youll have the chance to make a real impactenhancing forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory, and minimizing disruptions. If you''re passionate about planning, love solving problems, and enjoy working cross-functionally, this role could be your next great move.The Impact youll make:Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Finance through leading monthly planning processes and facilitating robust, insight-led conversations.Validate forecasts by using statistical tools and retail insights, ensuring demand plans are grounded in reality and aligned to business goals.Communicate clearly and proactively with Supply and Shipping teams to ensure orders arrive on time and in full.Mitigate risks by identifying short-term demand fluctuations and flagging issues early to enable agile responses.Enhance forecast accuracy by collaborating with Sales to analyze account-level variances and implement improvement strategies.Maintain system accuracy by ensuring weekly demand plans are uploaded to SAP IBP and that inventory replenishment is timely and correct.Optimize inventory by minimizing excess stock and conducting regular reviews of lead times and safety stock levels.Lead depletion efforts for surplus inventory in partnership with cross-functional teams.Support product transitions by coordinating last-time buys and phase-in forecasts with Sales and Marketing.Ensure clean master data by maintaining accurate product information and facilitating timely creation of local product entries.Promote visibility by preparing weekly reports, including stock and supply updates for internal stakeholders.Contribute as a team player, stepping in to support Supply Chain colleagues when needed and working closely with leadership on broader planning initiatives.The Skills And Knowledge Youll Bring:Ideally holds a relevant university degree58 years of business experience in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management operations (essential)Experience working in a high-demand, fast-paced environment is highly preferredHands-on experience with SAP and IBP systems (essential)Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetHigh attention to detail, with the ability to identify and act on gaps and discrepanciesAble to work independently in a dynamic and complex environmentWilling and able to work flexible hoursHighly motivated and self-startingExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholdersSelf-driven and resilience with a can-do attitude - embodies an owner mindset with a strong commitment to contributing to the success of the organizationWhy should you join Versuni?We are proud of the products we make.
