We currently have an opportunity for Pick Floor Coordinator on afternoon shift at our site in Truganina. In this position, you will focus on overseeing and coordinating the efficiency of a certain area within the NewCold Operation Pick Floor.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor inbound and or outbound ordersOversee the operations of a small team in the absence and in consultation with the SupervisorLabour allocation and prioritisation of ordersAssess and resolve issues relating to transportation, picking, customer resolution and import and exportUtilise warehouse management systems efficiently to optimise proceduresProvide logistical support daily for both inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying safety procedures and overseeing quality assuranceArrange stocking of resources/materials to process ordersCommunication with operations team to ensure space for loading/unloadingMoving and unstacking pallets, loading and unloading trucksTo be pro-active in resolving issues and problems before they occurCarrying out broad logistical activities, making use of the production equipment availableOversee stock adjustments and damagesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Were Looking For:At least 3 years experience in the Supply Chain IndustryPrevious leadership experience is highly advantageousKnowledge of logistical/planning processes and systemsExcellent organisational and time management skillsInventory and stock handling experienceAttention to detail, identifying order discrepancies and product deficienciesThe ability to work in a cold storage environmentA Forklift license is essential for this positionAre You NewCold?Were looking for someone who shares our values of Accountability, Customer Focus, Innovate and Improve, and Drive for Results.
