Customer Service Officer (Multiple Positions)Location Flexible for hybrid or remote workers, dependent upon level of experience Multiple positions to maintain our exceptional level of service. Our proprietary loan origination system supports our dealers and distributors to facilitate seamless, convenient and customer focused finance solutions for consumers and businesses.Due to continued growth of our business, we have an exciting new opportunity for multiple Customer Service Officers to join our collaborative Customer Solutions division. Working at the forefront of our customer interactions, you will be in a unique position to learn a wide range of processes across all products, while also being able to contribute to process improvements to help transform our business and our customer interactions.Working 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday (no weekend work), our team is mainly Sydney-based, however, we would be open to people working anywhere in Australia if they possess the requisite level of experience.ResponsibilitiesHandle 30-50 inbound calls relating to a range of customer enquiries, while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers and lending partners.Responding to written correspondence received from clients or our dealer network.Liaise with internal stakeholders to effectively manage consumer and commercial customers.Taking ownership of complex matters and participating in change implementation activities.Contribute to the success of the wider Operations team, by supporting other areas from time to time.Your backgroundPrevious contact centre experience working on an auto-dialler system is required.Experience/ tertiary qualifications in the financial services/ banking industry would be highly preferable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the patience and ability to clearly explain complex processes to clients and commercial partners.High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the capability to work in a high-pressure environment.Well-developed emotional intelligence and an ingrained willingness to help others will allow you to thrive in this role.Why work for Allied Credit?Work-life balance hybrid working arrangements allow a balance of working from home and the office, and we are always willing to discuss flexible working options.Wellness day to take a day off for some R&R around your birthday and a Volunteer Day to support your community.Discount offers on selected retailers, car loans and novated leasing options.A learning environment where we take your development and career aspirations seriously.16 weeks of paid parental leave along with Salary Continuance Insurance.We want individuals who will buy into and thrive with Allied Credits Values of Customer Focus, Adaptability, Risk Confidence, Integrity and Teamwork.Allied Credit pledges to treat all candidates with the utmost respect and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
