Enjoy a flexible working environment with competitive remuneration and opportunities for growth.As a People & Culture Advisor, youll have the chance to partner with leaders across the organisation, providing strategic HR guidance and driving key people initiatives. This is a hands-on role that will see you working across the full HR remit, with a mix of operational and tactical work. You will report to the Manager People and Culture working in a tightly knit group of professionals who genuinely care for each other and our stakeholders. Led by the Head of People and Culture, youll collaborate across our wider P&C group which includes rewards & remuneration, talent acquisition, learning & development, and workplace relations.Were dynamic and thrive on innovation, and were looking for someone who matches our energy! Ideally, youve worked in a fast-evolving, matrix environment and understand what excellent P&C practices look like. This generalist role requires expertise across all aspects of HR, with a focus on ER & IR practices. Youre a natural at building strong relationships, with a knack for fostering trust and collaboration.
