About the role:Were seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our bustling inbound contact centre. In this role, you''ll serve as the welcoming voice of KinCare, dedicated to ensuring every interaction exceeds our customers'' expectations. As the first point of contact, youll manage inbound calls from KinCare customers, Care Workers and various stakeholders, adeptly handling inquiries and ad-hoc requests with professionalism and timeliness. Youll also be responsible for accurately capturing and updating information in our Salesforce system, ensuring all customer interactions are well-documented and followed through.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, with working hours scheduled between 6:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. While we offer generous hybrid work options (up to 3 days from home), weekly attendance at our Bella Vista office is required. As such, only Sydney-based candidates will be considered. Your first two weeks will be spent in the office full-time, with comprehensive training and onboarding to set you up for success.We currently have the following shifts available:6:30am 3:00pm7:30am 4:00pm10:30am 7:00pmWhile we already offer generous flexibility, some shifts may offer additional work-from-home options depending on business needs.
