This role operates in a fast-paced contact centre environment as the Coach to team members who are the first point of contact dealing with member queries through channels such as phone, email, or chat.You will provide positive and constructive feedback to Health Fund Contact Centre staff aimed at improving the Member Experience. Be responsible for reviewing and assessing calls and identifying individual areas of opportunity or best practice. Create individual action plans for staff around key areas of improvement and review these in appropriate timeframes. Actively participate in creating and delivering coaching and focus sessions for the team. Monitor Outbound Call Compliance and report any breaches via the appropriate channels and work closely with the Member Experience Manager to ensure continual Member Experience improvement. Ensure team members achieve the highest levels of compliance by understanding legislation and board and management policies.
