The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction, completion, and commissioning of mining facilities, particularly in flotation systems, and a proven track record of delivering similar projects successfully.In addition, the Project Manager, based on the needs of the project department, will assist with other technical improvement projects, such as the Binduli Plant Screening Project, the Solar farm Project, and the Paddington Plant Dewatering Project.KEY DUTIES AND TASKSOperating P6 Primavera to schedule fixed plant maintenance.Holding daily supervisor meetings and updating the Gantt Chart.Creating fully detailed schedules with a clear structure for multiple projects.Effectively communicating with all levels of management.Responsible for the preparation and adjustment of the overall project execution plan, weekly plan & monthly plan.Responsible for the design and delivery plan, equipment delivery plan, transportation plan, equipment pre-assembly, steel structure, processing plan and other professional plans based on the comprehensive preparation of the project.Coordination and management of the project progress.Adjusting the project related plan according to the actual situation. Analyzing the existing problems, putting forward measures and suggestions for improvement to catch-up, and regularly organizing and summarizing the relevant situation in a timely manner.Preparing a weekly, monthly analysis and comparison report.Inspection and appraisal of the implementation of the companys project progress.S-curves in the implementation phase of the project and the analysis of the overall project manpower.Conducting EOT assessment against Contractors EOT claim/ NOD submission to assist Commercial team by providing EOT assessment summary outcome reports.Participating on contractors weekly interface/SIMOP meetings with changes to schedule (what-if scenario) to resolve site access issues/safety concerns.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum of 10 years of experience in project management roles within the mining industry, with a focus on flotation plants or similar processing facilities.Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Processing or related discipline) or equivalent experience.Significant experience in schedule analysis and procedures including full life cycle of projects from engineering design right through to commissioning.Above average competency with demonstrated skills in spreadsheet and presentation applications, word processing and database applications.Competent with use of PRONTO (desirable).Competent with HSE related software (Cantillate, Chem alert, etc.).Familiarity with Australian mining standards, construction codes, and safety regulations.Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and software.Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with the WHS Act 2020 and other relevant safety regulations.BENEFITSExcellent remuneration package with additional allowances.Receive $12k residential allowance per annum, if you are residential and not FIFO.Receive up to $5k site allowance per annum, depending on your site location.Receive up to 25% short-term incentive payment (STIP) of your base salary.Fully covered family private health insurance through GU Health Complete Gold Cover.Fully covered Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance or allowance up to $2.4k. #J-18808-Ljbffr
