Join our team of professionals who bring a unique perspective on critical business issues.As our new Project Assurance Senior Manager, you will:Lead in delivering professional and highly valued technology advisory services to our clients.Engage directly with clients, serving as both role model and trainer while demonstrating exceptional client service.Identify, mitigate, and manage risks during all stages of projects while fostering a risk-aware culture among project teams.Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring effective risk management practices are integrated throughout all projects.In addition:Review delivery, governance, and risk management of complex transformation programs. Including reviews of:Ongoing system implementation.Project health checks.Project governance.System integration.System testing.Business change management.Benefits management.Key attributes for success in this role include:Having 6+ years experience in industry or professional services with excellent project management skills.Knowledge of ISO31000:2018 - Risk Management Standard requirements; PMboK; MSP; Prince 2; System implementation methodologies including Agile, DevSecOps, and Waterfall methodologies.Experience interacting effectively with stakeholders fostering trusted relationships.A track record of leading teams combined with proven business development skills.A Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Information Systems) would greatly strengthen your application.Why Protiviti?Protiviti is a global business consulting firm composed of experts specialising in advisory, risk, and assurance services.
