And thats exactly what our team is dedicated to making a positive impact every single day.The opportunityYou will play a vital role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with Warrigal Agreements. As part of our payroll team, youll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, including maintaining accurate records, managing superannuation and PAYG payments, and processing leave and termination entitlements with care and attention to detail.Beyond the numbers, your role will involve building strong relationships across the organisation by providing timely, friendly, and helpful support to employees and managers on payroll-related matters. Youll prepare regular reports, assist with audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including implementing and refining processes within our HRIS system.Youll also provide training and support to team members and employees using the payroll and employee self-service systems, helping others navigate the tools with ease and confidence. From time to time, you may step into the Payroll Services Coordinator role, offering additional leadership and oversight.This is more than just a payroll roleits an opportunity to make a real difference by supporting the people who care for others every day.
