The Club boasts state-of-the-art Conference and Events facilities that cater to every occasion with function rooms capturing spectacular views of the Great Dividing Range.A day in the lifeAs an Administration Officer, youll be supporting the admin department and be responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks associated with the admin and accounting functions, including invoicing and receipting.On a typical day, youll coordinate general staff inquiries and maintain our members'' data, feedback, and files while ensuring all complaints are collected and resolved. Youll be the first point of contact for all incoming correspondence with stakeholders.This position is a permanent part-time role with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
