Job Description:Attention search engine optimisation specialists, this is your call to arms.The pesky, bicycle-riding, soy latte-drinking developers at Google HQ are continuously updating their algorithms, and our clients your future clients need your expertise.Youll be joining Unifys existing SEO team on the digital battleground, tasked with delivering tangible organic results within a range of industries. To be suitable, you must be battle-worn (minimum two years of experience) and have previously worked in an agency.Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Creating and leading SEO campaign strategies, sometimes independentlyCommunicating effectively with a range of clients, including business owners, marketing managers, website merchandisers, and content creatorsDirecting SEO campaigns and identifying opportunities for growthWriting and creating monthly reports for clientsDeveloping advanced proposals and conducting auditsConducting cutting-edge keyword research, deep dive traffic analysis, and forensic SEO auditingLeading small to medium-sized website migration strategiesWorking with large companies on international SEO strategiesDeveloping offsite optimisation strategies and conducting link analysisMaking intermediate onsite changes (301 migrations, heading tag fixes, etc.)Installing and checking tracking codesTraining and assisting juniors and other members of the team to grow and developLeading SEO campaigns for some of the largest enterprise companies in the countryTo be successful in this role, we require that you have:A minimum of two years of experience working as an SEO specialistA passion for SEO and the potential growth of our agencyA can-do attitude, tenacity, and resilienceStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishThe ability to work autonomously and use initiative to get things doneThe ability to adapt between working from home and working in the officeA fun and respectful personality and the ability to work effectively in a teamAdvantageous:Copywriting skills beneficial but not essentialAbout Unify:Unify is a leading digital performance agency based in Subiaco, Perth.
