Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI assessments. Collaborate with technical teams and manage stakeholder relationships. Provide insights into subscription management and SaaS best practices.Qualifications: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in SaaS or subscription management. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
