Purpose of RoleTo deliver exceptional massage and wellness treatments in line with five-star service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and well-being while maintaining the integrity and professionalism of the spa environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a wide range of massage therapies (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone) as per spa protocols and guest needsConduct consultations to assess guest requirements and contraindicationsProvide personalised recommendations for aftercare and wellnessUphold hygiene and sanitation standards at all timesMaintain treatment rooms and equipment to luxury standardsPromote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experienceMaintain accurate records of treatments performedSupport spa reception or other departments as requiredParticipate in training and development sessionsSkills & ExperienceQualifications: Ideally a qualification in Massage Therapy although training will be provided.
