Shift hours are starting around 10:30am to 7pm Monday to Friday.The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:Check delivery address and medication against the script and shipping label.Print shipping label from approved software and create new labels if needed, ensuring the consignment number is noted.Use appropriate packaging materials and check the final package for presentation before sealing.Verify scripts and ensure relevant logs are attached in the software.Pack complex medications following proper process and training.Assist with matching paired scripts once the correct training has been completed.Action the manifest for the delivery drivers using the approved software.Keep work area tidy and clean.Review PO Box daily, open and distribute incoming mail.Verify, match, and file hard copy scripts, including notifying vets of invalid ones.Ensure admin and packing supplies are stocked from bulk storage.What You Will Bring to Our TeamA passion to help animals is a must.Possess excellent communication skills.Willingness to learn.Ability to work in a team within a fast-paced environment.Demonstrates attention to detail.How to ApplyIf you think this is the right role for you, then please ''Apply for this job''.No recruitment agencies please.At Bova Aus we never discriminate based on race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age or marital or disability status.
