We''re looking for lawyers with 2+ years PAE who bring strong front-end experience having worked on projects in major construction, infrastructure, energy and/or resources sectors.About the role:Work directly with a key Partner and gain direct exposure to international and tier-one company clients. The firms client base is impressive and diverse, from public and private blue-chip companies to global financial institutions and government organisations.Youll have the opportunity to develop and refine your technical expertise on projects within the energy sector, as well as gain hands-on experience through collaborating with teams in other areas such as project finance, major construction and transport (port access and major haulage agreements).Some of your responsibilities may include:Drafting, negotiating, and advising on risk management, project structuring, and implementation strategies across key sectors such as energy & resources, mining, infrastructure, transport and logistics.Reviewing, drafting and advising on a range of contracts including EPC/EPCM, Power Purchase Agreements, supply agreements, haulage contracts and services agreements.Drafting and negotiating share/asset sales and acquisitions.Provide strategic contract administration across major resources, development/infrastructure projects and general construction matters.Who were looking for:Commercially savvy lawyers with 2-4 years PAE from a top-tier or national firm working on front-end projects, infrastructure and contracts within the energy & resources sector (construction experience will also be highly regarded).Experience with drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts.Self-driven lawyers with a growth mindset who thrive in a collaborative team environment.Exceptional people skills with a client-centric mindset.What are some of the benefits?Front-row access to client engagement, working alongside sophisticated, tier-one clients and partners.Opportunities for rapid career progression.Flexibility to work from home.Market leading salary and excellent employee benefits program, including well-being initiatives and social events.This is your chance to work on some of the highest-calibre Projects & Infrastructure work that Perth has to offer, all while advancing your career in a firm that values collaboration and professional growth.
