Reporting to the Residential Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, dedicated and proactive Lifestyle / Social Support Coordinator to join our team, to get creative, have fun and really make a difference. Your can do attitude and willingness to commit to our L.I.F.E principles will ensure your success in this role.Responsibilities:Qualifications in Lifestyle & LeisureDemonstrated experience in planning, delivering and evaluating recreational and rehabilitative programs for the agedDemonstrated high level of analytical, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to write clear and precise English appropriate to residents needsMature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older peopleAbility and commitment to working as part of the teamDemonstrated initiative and ability to work without supervisionCommitment to maintaining confidentialityExcellent networking and engaging skills within the wider communityAbility to work within the culture of Lifeview Residential CareBe passionate about aged careA team player who enjoys having FUN at workLevel 2 First Aid QualificationHold a current drivers licenseOther specialised qualifications in areas such as dementia best practice, music or the arts will be highly regardedExperience with electronic documentation systems will be highly regardedIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft packagesThe successful incumbents will enjoy benefits such as:State of the Art Staff Wellness programReward and Recognition ProgramEducation, training and career opportunitiesFriendly team and great working environmentPlease note: only shortlisted candidates will be contacted regarding the next phase of the selection process.
