Role Overview:As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you will:Manage all respite and permanent leads from prospective residents and their families.Oversee all leads in our CRM database to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up.Build and maintain relationships with key organizations that can refer prospective residents to our aged care homes.Assist in meeting and exceeding occupancy and sales targets, including RAD sales.Develop and implement marketing initiatives to generate new sales leads.Key Responsibilities:Implement sales plans and comply with the customer sales method to deliver an excellent client experience.Travel to various client locations for sales meetings and presentations.Achieve financial targets related to occupancy, RAD, additional services, and ACFI.Maintain competitive profiles for facilities and manage inbound leads efficiently.Ensure all prospects receive timely and professional communication and provide accurate information packages.Record and track all leads in the CRM database, ensuring all information is current and clear.Qualifications and Experience:Essential:Proven experience in sales and marketing.Strong administrative skills and the ability to handle confidential information.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to empathize with prospective residents and their families.A current drivers license and National Police Certificate (or the ability to obtain one).Performance Outcomes:Compliance with sales plan initiatives and admissions process.Achievement of financial targets, including occupancy rates, RAD targets, and contracts written.Improvement in channel leads and CRM database management.Why Work With Respect?Respect is committed to creating a workplace where the elderly feel respected, valued, and cared for in a supportive environment.We are a team-driven company that values Integrity, Innovation, Excellence, and Care in everything we do. #J-18808-Ljbffr
