You will provide specialised administrative and stakeholder communications support and play a key role to the successful outcome of projects by meeting contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations.You will:manage the implementation, progression and reporting on key projects;coordinate reporting, payment, acquittal and evaluation process;provide guidance, support and development to the Project Officer;engage and maintain communications with internal and external project stakeholders;develop templates and establish standard mechanisms for the regular collection of data.About youYou will have demonstrated experience in providing high level project support functions including the ability to coordinate end-to-end projects, conduct research, prepare documents, briefings, submissions, reports and correspondence.You will possess demonstrated:ability to work within a project management framework and familiarity with a range of project management tools, procedures, documents and reporting processes;analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to use initiative and develop solutions to challenges and issues;interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work positively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders;experience leading a small team and providing support and supervision.All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
