No micromanagement, no clock-watchingjust meaningful work, growth opportunities, and clients who actually want your advice.The PositionWe''re on the lookout for a full-time Intermediate/Senior Accountant Business Advisory to join us in our Geelong/Torquay offices. Youll be supporting some of the best CFOs in Australia by helping manage their back-office operations, reporting packs, and client workflows.This isnt your typical tax accountant jobwe dont do compliance. Instead, youll be engaging directly with clients, supporting them with performance reports, strategic insights, and proactive advice. The right person will bring strong tax grounding, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow into an advisory leader (maybe even a future Practice Manager or CFO!).What Youll Be DoingClient Meetings & Support: Sit in on regular strategy sessions, particularly with early-stage clients, helping them understand what the numbers mean and what to do next.
