Our client is a leading Perth commercial firm with an office situated on the city fringe.We are seeking a 3+ year PAE who is attracted to working on complex estate and succession planning matters involving large superannuation, funds and tax structuring. Mentoring on offer from a highly credentialed Senior Lawyer with Tax Law specialisation.The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in estate succession planning, including testamentary discretionary trusts (testamentary wills), enduring powers of attorney, advance health directives, family trusts, superannuation death benefit nominations, companies and partnerships.Our client is a specialist firm with low turnover of staff.
