Job Description - Mechanical S26 Supervisors (263622)Mechanical S26 Supervisors - 263622About the RoleUGL is seeking Mechanical S26 Supervisors for an upcoming shutdown in the Pilbara, WA.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and Lead: Directly manage and lead a team of E&I or SMP tradespeople to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks.Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all SMP activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies.Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect E&I and SMP installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.Resource Allocation: Efficiently utilise resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines.Communication: Foster effective communication within the SMP team and collaborate with other superintendents and project managers to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression.Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to E&I and SMP activities, providing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of E&I and SMP activities, including daily reports and any required project documentation.About You:You will inspire your team, draw on their diverse skills, and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another.
