We are a company that beats to an Enterprising Heart and our mission is to inspire, support and guide participants to unlock their full potential.About the Role: Reporting to the Team Leader Disability Employment Services, your role will empower individuals with a disability, injury or a health condition, to achieve and maintain meaningful and sustainable employment. Required to meet specific targets, you will provide tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group. Your commitment to understanding the unique employment needs of your clients and collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity is a key driver of success in this role.Requirements:Relevant experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success in this role.Experience within Employment Services or related industry is highly regarded, but not essential.A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to the role.About You:To excel in this role, you will be committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting your clients into sustainable employment. You will be a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, bringing experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a related field. Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are essential, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important. Adaptability and resilience are key traits, as you navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers alike.
