In existence since 1994, AdventHealth Medical Group Central FL has demonstrated consistent growth and stability in an ever-changing health care market.The role youll contribute:The Facilities Design Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of office locations for new physicians including coordination of architectural/construction processes and timelines, coordination of designer processes, selection and installation of furnishings, coordination of initial supply/equipment orders, and oversight of renovations for acquisitions. This position is ultimately responsible for coordinating the activities necessary for the acquisition/renovation of office space, providing timelines and ensuring that space is prepared in a timely manner.The value youll bring to the team:Sets timelines for space developmentCoordinates architectural companies and maintains timelines for plan development. Ensures that architectural plans include all necessary elements for efficiencyOversees construction processes to ensure quality of materials and constructionWorks with designer to develop standard finish selections for physician officesNegotiates furniture pricing for all offices.
