Then this might be the role for you.As the Assistant Store Manager at our Winton Farm Source store, youll be involved in developing store and staff performance - leading from the front and enabling us to achieve our sales and performance targets. As an integral part of the Store, youll use your influencing skills to work closely with the team, driving sales, providing fantastic customer service, and ensuring a high level of Health and Safety is front of mind.You will work alongside the Store Manager to take the store''s performance from strength to strength and be able to exercise strong decision-making, prioritisation, and management skills to support this growth. Leading and supporting in the creation of a cohesive and collaborative team will be core to your role so ideally you know what it takes to motivate, encourage, and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.We are looking for someone with sales experience, a second-to-none customer focus, and a positive can-do attitude. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities all while delivering an outstanding customer experience, will ensure your success. Ideally, youll also have an affinity to the dairy/farming/agriculture industry, enabling you to provide accurate advice to our farmers.Other key skills and experience include:People leadership or management experience either in a formal or informal capacity is beneficialExperience working in a customer service environment, delivering a high experienceUnderstanding of the dairy or agricultural industry is highly beneficialAbility to develop and motivate your teamPhysically fit and able to lift product manually on a regular basisAbility to work on Saturday morning (9am-12pm) on a rotating rosterPlease note this is a fixed-term full-time position, covering a 12-month maternity leave.Are you excited about this opportunity but may only meet some requirements?That''s not a problem.
