The successful candidate will be coordinating and organising activities and events for the residents. You will be required to work Monday and Thursday from 9am to 5pm.This role calls for someone who enjoys getting creative and is inspired to create a fun and positive environment for our residents!Reporting to the Village Manager, your duties will include:Organising and facilitating activities and events inside and outside of the villageWorking closely with residents and the social committeeLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to assist with our colourful village events and activitiesAdministrative tasks, such as arranging the social calendar and contributing to the weekly newsletter and magazineCreating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respectedIdentifying and addressing the needs of residents and visitors promptly, providing solutions and supportAssisting other village staff members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communicationAbout YouFor this role, you will have excellent diligence and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks.
