You will be required to work autonomously and as part of a team from our Mackay based workshop facility.Main responsibilities:Quoting, scheduling, planning, coordinating and overseeing execution of workshop and field jobsProviding urgent customer support in breakdown situationsContinual communications with customers and Santrix technicians on job details and progressAll aspects of site compliance requirementsMonitor and schedule fleet maintenanceOrdering of supplies and partsObtaining quotes, engaging and liaising with vendorsPrepare and participate in customer performance review meetingsGeneral administration and office support dutiesSkills and experienceAbout you:Must be able to work autonomously and efficientlyAbility to understand customer requirements and meet deadlinesGood decision making, planning and execution in high pressure situationsExercise a high duty of care to yourself and others around youBe a team player with positive attitude and strong work ethicGood leadership, communication and people skillsMaintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of your roleExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in your workAdvanced Computer skills and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.Experience in the mining industry is preferredEngineering trade/workshop background would be advantageousRECKON experience is desirableOn OfferExcellent above market remuneration packageFull-time permanent positionBe part of and lead a dynamic and friendly team where your efforts are recognized and rewardedCompany vehicle supplied #J-18808-Ljbffr
