We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Frontline Equipment Maintenance in Mackay, Queensland. As a full-time Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and coordinating the maintenance and repair of a diverse range of vehicles and equipment.What you''ll be doingAct as the primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and updates on the status of their equipment.Schedule and coordinate service bookings, ensuring efficient workflow and timely turnaround.Liaise with technicians to understand repair requirements and provide customers with detailed, transparent cost estimates.Manage the parts ordering and inventory process to ensure the availability of necessary components.Maintain detailed records of all service activities and customer communications.Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to enhance the customer experience.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery processes.What we''re looking forMinimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive or heavy machinery industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, technicians, and management.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly diagnose issues and provide accurate solutions.Proficient in using computerised maintenance management systems and inventory tracking software.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.Knowledge of automotive or heavy equipment repair and maintenance processes is highly desirable.What we offerFull-time, permanent position Monday to Friday.Comprehensive training and development programs to support your career growth.Great facility & supportive team environment.Vehicle for work purposes.About usFrontline Equipment Maintenance is a leading provider of maintenance and repair services for light to heavy machinery and equipment in the Mackay region.
