A key focus for this role will be delivering a competitive advantage, as well as business growth, in alignment with the annual business plans, profit targets and strategic objectives.In this role you will manage 8 direct reports and a broader team of 21 commercial and finance staff. Based in Scoresby, VIC, this role will contribute to the success of Opal by:Providing strategic commercial support and direction to the Opal Fibre Packaging team including the development and execution of business objectives.Establishing key performance indicators and qualitative and quantitative metrics to capture, report and evaluate business performance.Coaching, mentoring and developing the commercial team, including providing career development planning and opportunities.Being an active member of the Opal OFP Management Team contributing to setting and reporting on the business strategies and goals.We embrace diversity in all its forms, and we look for curious individuals who thrive in an environment of change. Specifically for this role, we expect you will have:15+ years experience within senior Commercial and Finance leadership roles.CPA or CA Qualified.Strong people leader with experience leading through leaders and developing a pipeline of talent within a highly engaged and outperforming team.Proven ability to develop a strategy and paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action.Proven ability to prioritise from a range of competing work demands to enable key strategic objectives to be met.Well-developed relationship building skills, engaging and influencing C-level executives.Exceptional analytical skills and creative thinking with the ability to drive innovation.Experience with implementation, optimisation, and change projects.Experience with SAP and TM1.Discover more by visiting our website at www.opalanz.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
