As part of their strategic growth plans, they are looking to appoint an Operations Manager to lead an emerging program division.Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, this role will be responsible for the establishment and growth of a national business unit, which has recently secured a large, long-term multi-year contract to deliver highly innovative, first of its kind upgrade and maintenance projects across critical infrastructure.We are seeking a tactical and considered strong leader with a strategic lens alongside deep knowledge of design and construct programs of work within complex environments. You will bring solid project directorship capabilities coupled with a high level of internal and external stakeholder management and engagement experience.Culture fit is key.
