Your work will directly help charity clients improve their fundraising outcomesboosting both donation amounts and participation in fundraising eventsas well as refine our own platform performance. Reporting to the Analytics & Optimisation Lead, you''ll collaborate with others across the organisation to develop data-led product features and analysis tools.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct sophisticated statistical analysis to uncover patterns and opportunities in fundraising dataMine, interpret, and clean our data ask questions, connect the dots, and uncover hidden opportunities to realise the data''s full potentialAnalyse data for trends and patterns, and interpret data with clear objectives focused on improving nonprofit fundraisingBuild high-quality prediction systems integrated with our products to enhance fundraising capabilitiesDevelop analytical models in collaboration with Product and Development teamsDevise and utilise algorithms and models to mine big-data stores; perform data and error analysis to improve models; clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracyWork closely with the Product and Engineering teams in the development and expansion of data products that advance our mission of empowering nonprofitsRequired For This Role:Degree in a relevant discipline Data Science, Statistics, or related field2-3 years of experience in data science rolesHands-on experience with Tableau / Tableau Prep for initial data cleaning and analysisHands-on experience with AWS data services (Athena, S3, and data lake technologies)Strong proficiency with Python and SQLProven expertise in predictive modeling and analyticsSelf-Directed Worker - You thrive when working independently and manage your prioritiesIt would be a bonus if you hadProficiency with RFamiliarity with PHPExperience with reporting and data visualisation tools such as Amazon QuickSight or Tableau #J-18808-Ljbffr
