In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical support to the dietetics team and ensuring high-quality patient care. This is a part-time position where, in addition to providing support, you will also engage in maintaining and improving clinical procedures within the team.Your duties will also include:Provide dietetic services within all ward areas of the Hospital, including inpatients, day program, outpatients, and NDIS patientsWork in close liaison with the Food Services DepartmentDeliver nutritional-related patient education in both 1:1 and group settingsEffectively provide assistance and support to the relevant Manager/s in the effective delivery of dietetic services within the HospitalDemonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary teamSkills and ExperienceThe successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a Bachelor of Science and post grad Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalentMembership with the Dietitians Association of Australia (Desirable)Experience in a lead role and able to provide support to a teamDemonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage a diverse case loadExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a teamHigh standard of customer service and a team approachCommitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practiceRemunerationOn offer is a base hourly rate of $59.62 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.Whats in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
