Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you''ll identify training needs, develop customized solutions, and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.Your experience includes program design and delivery, using a Learning Management Systems (LMS), supporting leadership training programs, and conducting training needs analysis. You excel in written and verbal communication, have strong attention to detail, and can foster collaboration and build positive working relationships.
