This role will be responsible for optimising channel performance, refining pricing strategies, and leveraging data to expand market share.About the RoleThe Portfolio Manager will play a key role in driving revenue and market expansion by identifying growth opportunities, optimising product positioning, and strengthening distribution channels. With strong momentum and ambitious goals, our client offers plenty of opportunities to achieve more, take ownership, and drive impactful change.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Strategy & Optimisation - Identify and implement initiatives to drive growth across direct and third-party distribution channels.Pricing & Profitability - Develop competitive pricing models and commission structures to maximise Net Interest Margin (NIM) and overall revenue.Market & Data Analysis - Conduct deep market analysis to guide decision-making, improve product positioning, and support business growth.Competitor Benchmarking - Monitor market trends, assess competitor performance, and refine strategies to enhance competitiveness.Stakeholder & Partner Management - Work closely with BDMs, marketing, and external partners to align product offerings and accelerate channel growth.Regulatory & Compliance Oversight - Ensure all product and channel activities align with regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.Ideal Candidate5+ years of experience in product management, pricing, commercial strategy, or growth marketing within financial services.Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, pricing models, and market insights.Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of loan products, competitor benchmarking, and revenue drivers.Experience in auto finance, personal lending, or asset finance is highly desirable.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead growth initiatives.Strong understanding of the Australian financial services landscape, particularly in personal loans and auto finance.Experience working with brokers, third-party distributors, or partner-driven sales models is advantageous.Why Join?This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative, fast-growing company where you can take ownership of channel growth strategies, pricing models, and market expansion initiatives.
