Were always looking for better ways to deliver for our customers and for our people.About the roleAs an Employee Relations Consultant, youll be the trusted advisor supporting Origins leaders to navigate the complex world of people management. From coaching and casework to policy advice and investigations, youll be at the frontline of creating better workplace outcomes.Your days will be varied resolving misconduct matters, running low-risk investigations, managing complaints, advising on industrial instruments, supporting capability uplift, and contributing to strategic P&C projects. Its a role with purpose, pace, and plenty of professional stretch. Your responsibilities will include:Support leaders through various complex ER mattersincluding misconduct, complaints, and terminationsproviding guidance from start to finish.Deliver trusted advice on all aspects of employee relations including performance, conduct, grievances, and industrial instrument interpretation.Lead low-risk workplace investigations with professionalism and empathy.Identify and address psychosocial risks, such as bullying, harassment, and workplace stress, fostering safe and respectful environments.Coach and uplift capability in leaders and employees, promoting self-service and confident, people-first decision-making.What will you bring?You''re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and you''re always looking for smarter, more effective ways to get things done. You bring a mix of curiosity, confidence, and careready to make a real difference.
