Reporting to the AHS Mine Control Supervisor, you will be integral to the team that drives efficiencies and optimisation across the mine site.Key ResponsibilitiesMaximising equipment productivity through efficient fleet managementMeeting and exceeding the mine production planBeing the first point of contact for key stakeholders including AHS Builders, In-field Builders, Pit Supervision, Operators and Blend Co-ordinatorsEnsuring a high level of data integrity using MineStar Fleet Management SystemEffectively troubleshoot and diagnose stopped trucks and assignment issues in conjunction with the AHS Builder to solve these issues in a timely mannerQualifications and ExperienceProven experience in front line Mine system control is advantageousPrevious control room experience (required for Experienced level role)Heavy machine operator experience (required for Entry level role)Proficiency in the operation of SCADA, Ardvarc or Caterpillars MineStar Command System is highly desirableIntermediate computer literacy skills and a passion for Innovation and TechnologyDemonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to work with several demanding prioritiesStrong understanding of production strategies for large scale Mining OperationsAbout UsBe part of something big.
