This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Security.A few of your responsibilities:Effectively plan and coordinate daily security deployment needs by adhering to enterprise agreements, workforce management policies, budgets, and statutory requirementsKeep key stakeholders informed about staffing changes, skill shortages, and upcoming roster cyclesSource resources for overtime requirements based on business demandsManage daily inboxes and messaging systems, ensuring all requests are actioned promptlyWhat we are looking for:Current NSW Security Industry Licence, subclass 1A (or willingness to obtain)Current RSA and RCGDemonstrated experience in a rostering and planning environment (Preferred)Good knowledge & understanding of roster production systems (Desirable)Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tasksAbout you:You are well organised and detail-oriented with meticulous attention to detail. You are able to collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure all operational requirements are met.
