At Diabetes Australia, were looking for a Digital Performance & Analytics Manager to set up, optimise, and report on digital performance across our suite of websites and platforms. As our Digital Performance & Analytics Manager, youll play a pivotal role in shaping how Diabetes Australia tracks, interprets, and activates digital performance data. Youll lead the development of a robust digital analytics infrastructure, oversee multi-platform campaign tracking, and ensure strategic insights directly inform engagement, fundraising, and advocacy outcomes. This is a critical role, perfect for someone whos equally comfortable with the technical build as they are with translating data into stories and action.Youll collaborate closely with internal teams, media agencies, and platform partners to ensure digital campaigns are tracked end-to-end, data is reliable, and performance insights are accessible and actionable for non-technical stakeholders across the organisation.This is a high-impact role suited to a data-driven marketing leader who combines deep platform expertise with the ability to drive insight-led transformation across digital performance.Key Responsibilities:Own and optimise digital analytics infrastructure across ~10 websites and platforms.Lead platform configuration and performance tracking across Google (GA4, GTM, Ads), Meta Business (Facebook & Instagram), D365 and other digital tools.Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks (Looker Studio, PoweBi) to translate complex data into meaningful insights for internal teams.Oversee campaign tracking across digital channels, including Google (GDN, SEM, YT, Google Grant), Meta, LinkedIn and eDM, ensuring accurate attribution and audience segmentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and media agencies to improve digital journeys, campaign effectiveness, and data-informed decision-making.Champion digital literacy across the organisation, training and equipping non-technical stakeholders to confidently engage with data and insights.Establish governance processes and documentation to maintain data hygiene, platform access, privacy best practices, and consistent reporting.Youll thrive in this role if you have:5+ years'' experience in digital performance, analytics, or digital transformation rolesAdvanced skills with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Looker StudioExperience with audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisationStrong ability to translate technical data into insights non-technical teams can useA proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to juggle competing prioritiesExcellent communication skills and a passion for digital capability building across organisationsBonus points if you also bring:Experience working with not-for-profits, health, or government sectorsFamiliarity with digital fundraising or online store/E-commerce analyticsA strong understanding of data privacy and security best practicesYoull play a vital role in helping us track and measure digital success across key national health programs.
