Working as part of the Grocery Commercial team, youll develop and execute digital growth strategies, optimise the online customer experience, and ensure seamless execution of promotional and category initiatives. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customer teams, youll also play a critical role in forecasting, digital shelf optimisation, and media investment strategies to enhance online performance.Key Accountabilities:Own and manage key e-commerce customer relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and sales growth.Develop and execute digital sales strategies to optimise conversion, increase basket size, and enhance brand visibility.Analyse and interpret online sales data, category trends, and shopper behaviour to drive performance and improve ROI.Manage and optimise digital trade spend, ensuring a strong return on investment through targeted promotions and media activations.Oversee digital shelf management, ensuring best-in-class product listings, imagery, and content to maximise online engagement.Lead e-commerce activations, including promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and omnichannel initiatives.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply, Demand, Category, Finance, and Marketing, to align e-commerce execution with broader business goals.Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement in the online customer experience.About You:Experience in e-commerce account management or digital sales.FMCG and online grocery experience (Coles/Woolworths).Strong strategic, commercial, and negotiation skills in a digital retail environment.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to drive cross-functional success.Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and digital performance metrics.Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital media, and online merchandising tools.Tertiary qualification in a commercial, marketing, or digital discipline highly regarded.Why Asahi?At Asahi Beverages, we''re passionate about crafting more than just drinks - we craft moments of connection, celebration, and shared enjoyment.
