This is a fixed term contract to December 2025. The role can be located in either Sydney or Melbourne.About the RoleThe Enterprise Leasing Specialist plays an integral role in managing and administrating vehicles, plants and equipment as well as supporting the transactional leasing activities for property managed by Jemena/Zinfra Group.The Enterprise Leasing Specialist is responsible for:Accident Management.Tolls and e-tag management and administration.Infringements and service maintenance notifications.Liaison with the contracted Fleet Management Companies to ensure efficient interfacing between administration activities required within Fleet Management.Running the Property rent roll on a monthly basis.The role is to ensure the services and objectives of the Fleet and Property Contracts are delivered in accordance with the companys strategy to meet Jemenas aim of net zero emission by 2050. The role works closely with the relevant Procurement and Category Managers, the broader Procurement, Property, and Fleet (PPF) Group, and the operational work groups to collectively drive greater value for money and economic outcomes for the PPF Group and the company.About YouProven knowledge as a fleet specialist or similar role.Sound knowledge of procurement and tendering processes.Strong customer service, stakeholder engagement, and support skills.Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as required and up to date.Working knowledge of the transportation industry and government regulations compliance.Reasonable knowledge of fleet maintenance functions and servicing requirements.Demonstrated understanding of Procurement policy and processes including tendering and contracts management.Proven abilities with Procurement tools such as SAP, FleetMex, Power BI Reporting, eProcure, and document management systems such as ECMS.Excellent time management and priority planning skills.Why you should come and work for usOur people are our energy source and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
