Wed love to meet you.What youll do:This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the center of all the action for our team, as the Account Manager position acts as the key client-liaison across all the Haleon brands Essentially operating as the main point-of-contact for the Haleon brand managers/media team, whilst also acting as the center point in our internal team.This role ensures that all client deliverables meet our business objectives by delivering media planning strategies across digital and offline channels, as well as building exceptionally strong relationships with Haleon and senior stakeholders.We have 4 pillars within our internal structure Strategy, Accounts, Investment & Performance. The Accounts team (where the AM role falls) is required to work closely with all other pillars (plus clients) to ensure we are collaborating and delivering connected results and recommendations for Haleon. Strong communication skills and the ability to move and shake / project manage across a team will be an important part of this role.There are two Account Managers working across Haleon (splitting the brands) and both are responsible for supporting, coaching and training the shared Account Executive. The Account Manager will report into the Business Director/Account Director.Key Outputs:Campaign PlanningAble to advise and support planning teams on best channel budget splits and approach to holistic media planning (digital and offline)Lead implementation planning of the team with the support of the other divisions (Strategy, Investment and Performance)Overall project management is a huge part of this role The Account Manager is essentially the lead for all day-to-day client operations (with support of the Account Director/Business Director)Delivering thought leadership on all brands, ensuring all our recommendations are backed up with evidence and delivered in a way that is easily digestible to HaleonDrive innovation & creativity across the team work with the wider team on how we can push the envelope to challenge our clients thinkingClient ServicingWith the support of the Account Director / Business Director and also the Executive, the Account Manager is truly the point-person for all day-to-day operations - it is client facing with exposure to a variety of channel recommendations and planning workstreamsThe Account Manager will be the keeper of the media plans and oversee implementation of campaignsStrong communication skills are required to ensure we can effectively sell in strategies and explain our recommendationsThe Account Manager role is responsible for driving internal workstreams received from Haleon into the wider team and then ensuring these workstreams are delivered onSkills & Experience:Minimum 3 years media planning and/or media buying experience with marketing agency background across digital channels (search, social, programmatic)Preferably a university degree or higher education qualificationsIdeally this person already has a good understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscape across a variety of channelsHighly proficient in the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and ExcelStrong leader and able to connect a team both within the Accounts division, but also someone who is able to collaborate with a wider team when it comes to ensuring all client deliverables are metNatural communication skills and experience working with clients, as well as the ability to work with a variety of people and personality stylesWe are looking for someone who has attention to detail, is process-oriented, highly organised and can ensure deadlines/deliverables are met as seamlessly as possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
