Our client is seeking a new Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance function, ensuring plant reliability, efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs, oversee capital expenditure projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Role Responsibilities:Manage and implement maintenance systems, including Total Preventative MaintenanceOversee capital projects, ensuring plant safety, spare parts management, and contractor integrationControl maintenance costs and assist with site budget preparationDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivityEnsure compliance with ISO 9002, HACCP, food safety, and workplace health & safety standardsProvide leadership, training, and motivation to the maintenance teamPrepare reports on maintenance activities and site performanceRequirements For The Role:Qualifications in Engineering, Industrial Trade, or a related field10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleExperience in food manufacturing (dry blending experience is a plus)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in SAP, D365, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee contractors #J-18808-Ljbffr
