Our people are at the heart of everything we do!About the Role: Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is responsible for supporting student engagement and pre-assessment processes for various Asuria Training Programs. The role is focused on outbound calls to students for pre-assessment and support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining student records and assisting with onboarding processes within a target driven environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure students receive timely and relevant support during pre-assessment processes. This is a permanent part-time position Mon-Fri, 30.4 hours per week. Flexibility to work 5 days part-time hours or 4 full days.Requirements:Employment Services or similar industry experience will be highly regardedCustomer service, contact centre, sales, retail or administration experience is advantageous and will set you up for success in this roleCertificate level or above in Business Administration and/or Employment Services is beneficial, but not essentialExceptional interpersonal skills with ability to successfully engage with all stakeholder groups, especially studentsA valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
