Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, your role is to safely and effectively manage the workshop, lead our Maintenance team and associated activities to ensure the Ingleburn facility is available to be fully utilised for production as required; and is maintained in accordance to all the relevant CSR and legal standards / requirements, to the highest safety and quality standards.This role ensures the facility operates efficiently, safely, and meets all maintenance and compliance standards.Do you enjoy leading teams, working with machinery, are safety focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment?Work hours:Monday - Friday 6am - 2pmRegular overtimeKey responsibilities include:Promote and ensure a Zero Harm safety cultureManage the workshop; ensure clear focus and responsibilities are set for allManage maintenance team and maintenance contractorsManage SHE performance of direct reports and assist in any associated plans.Develop the competence of individual employees by identifying and organising the training and work experience necessary to meet an individual''s development needs.Manage contractorsAbility to review Work orders and identify key actions to deliver continuous improvementAssist to implement preventative maintenance plans for all new equipment.Liaise with Production/operations team to ensure the best overall result for the factory.Planning and prioritising maintenance schedules, repairs and Engineering activities to minimise downtime.What you bring to the roleBe Dual trade qualified or as a minimum hold a Mechanical trade license or similar with previous experience as a Fitter within a manufacturing environmentExperience leading teamsPrevious exposure within planning, scheduling & shutdownsConfined spaced, forklift & WAH - preferredStrong safety focusSAP maintenance system proficiencyFirst Aid and Elevated Work Platform certifications - desiredExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenA hands-on attitude, strong problem-solving skillsCompetitive salary + SuperFuture career progression opportunitiesParking onsite, fantastic team dynamic and work culture with a lot of supportEmployee discounts and loads of employee benefits!A highly supportive and diverse work environment.How to Apply:Just click on the Apply for this job button.We encourage you to apply even if you don''t meet 100% of the requirements.
