Competitive Night Rates (Pty Ltd or PAYG)OpportunityOne of Australias leading commercial retail builders require an immediate night shift foreman for a high-profile retail project ($6M) in Albury, NSW.Known for their integrity, leadership and excellence; this is a great opportunity for an experienced night shift specialist to join a reputable mid-tier builder on what will more than likely be the first of many ongoing regional contract roles.With 12-weeks left on the project, this initial night shift role will provide a plenty of hours for the ''right fit'' candidate as the build propels towards completion and handover.Requirements:Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Foreman and/or Site Manager with a head contractorRelevant qualifications in Construction Management or related fieldStrong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulationsExcellent leadership and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in retail and live-environment projects, highly desirableSpecific night shift related experience considered a bonusResponsibilities:Manage all on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project flowOversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are metResolve any on-site issues promptly and efficientlyConduct regular site inspections and ensure all work adheres to project specifications and regulationsMaintain accurate site records and documentation to support the day shift teamTo find out more about this role, please contact Sean Miller on 0468 334 391.
