Most of our recurring work is performance marketing ads for mobile games and we are in high demand for this.This role is for an experienced Video Producer + Scriptwriter who has:3+ years experience minimum with an agency, freelance or in-house.Excellent project management skills.Scriptwriting skills for short social ads and deep knowledge of creating strong concepts and hooks.Keen ambition to grow, learn and improve creatively.Love for games, TikTok, Reels, YouTube, social media and the latest video formats that get attention.Proactive at problem solving, strong initiative and signs of a leader that can work in a team.Video Producer:Managing project timelines and ensuring projects are of high quality and completed on time.Pre-production tasks to prepare for successful filming by the team.Working on set as a producer and script supervisor.Writing project briefs and working closely with our creative filming/editing team.Sourcing and booking actors/talent, liaising with talent agencies.Communicating with talent and ensuring legal requirements are met.High level of client communication- being responsive and clearly communicating professionally regarding clients'' needs from pre-production to final delivery.Scriptwriting:Writing short ad scripts for our clients.Creating super engaging hooks and powerful calls to action.Note: View our website video examples to understand the type of writing style we usually work with.Working at Last Night Media, important info:Salary range: 65-75K +SuperYou will work full-time in-office (Mon-Fri) with our 8-person team located in East Brisbane, soon moving most likely to Morningside or Kangaroo Point.You will have a front-row seat and influence to a rapidly scaling agency working with big clients.There is a lot of room to take control of your position, carve out your own career and progress quickly.We rarely do weekend work but if we do it is compensated well.No international or out-of-state applicants.
